EP Logistics International a.s., member of EPH Group, acquired a 100% share in LokoTrain, s.r.o. On March 30, 2021, following a long-term cooperation and mutual agreement, EP Logistics International a.s. effectively purchased a 35% share from the co-owner and founder of LokoTrain, Mr. Evžen Nečas.
EP Logistics International, a.s. brings under umbrella logistics companies within the H Group, which operate rail and road transport and forwarding in Central Europe. EPLI Group companies employ over 400 people, operate 60 locomotives, 1,600 railway wagons and 60 silo trailers. Rail transport companies include e.g. EP Cargo (CZ, PL, DE), SPEDICA (with the company RML), EP Cargo Invest, LOCON and the above-mentioned LokoTrain.

LokoTrain, s.r.o. is a licensed carrier providing complex services and training for carriers, railway operators and companies engaged in repair, maintenance and modernization of railway infrastructure. Its portfolio of services mainly includes rental of locomotives (multi-system electric locomotives Siemens Vectron and electric locomotives for alternating traction Škoda), the performance of engine drivers, wheeltappers and heads of shunting operation, including professional management of rail transport by the dispatchers. The company also has a certified training centre, where various trainings, courses, advice and consultancy in the field of railway operation and railway transport are carried out.
